I have four Lowepro bags; the oldest is a Stealth Reporter D300 AW. The others include a Fastpack 350, an Urban Photo Sling 250, and a Pro Messenger 160 AW. Each serves a different purpose. I have found them all to be of excellent quality, design and construction.

The Stealth Reporter D300 AW was purchased five years ago and has seen plenty of hard use. Recently one of the buckles broke on the shoulder strap. One quick email to Lowepro, and I was in contact with a "Product Specialist" by the name of Maury Cohen. He was polite, responsive, concerned, and...best of all...efficient! My original email was on a Sunday; his response came in on Monday. I answered a couple of questions, and by the next working day he had an entire new shoulder strap in the mail to me, first class, and for free!

Thanks Maury! And Thanks, Lowepro! I remain a very, very happy customer!:thumbs::thumbs:

I haven't had any problems with any of my LowePro bags and I also have a few. I've just grown out of them or have them for different sizes of kit! My main bag, a Mini Trekker holds all my SLR kit, or at least all of the stuff I generally carry while my TopLoader (?75) holds the WA kit - the D700 and a 12-24 Sigma and an 8mm fisheye or a single lens solution. I also have a Nova of some sort that currently holds a loaned out kit of a D70 with a Cosina 19-35, Tamron 90mm and Nikon 180mm.
I also have a RedSnapper canvas bag which holds all the travel kit - a small selection of Fuji compacts and bridge as well as a Canon waterproof compact.
Although I hope I never have a problem with any of the LowePro kit, I do have confidence in their customer support system and Drake's experience seems to confirm that the system works well!
