Why do my Lightroom pictures..

I'm trying to figure out why my Lightroom pictures look different from when I view them in Lightroom to when I view them after exporting them to jpeg. They usually come out darker than Lightroom previews them.

Also when opening RAW's in Lightroom, whilst it opens the file the image looks more saturated. Once the image is opened it doesn't look so saturated. Why is this?

Is it just my eyes or is some strange transformation taking place in front of me :shrug:

Is your LR maybe set to save in the Adobe RGB colorspace, while your viewer interprets it as sRGB?

yep that's the problem. I had the same one when I switched to lightroom

Yup ditto. One of the updates (1.3?) did this to me and it took me a little while to work it out.

Yeah I'm on 1.3 but saving my jpegs when I export them as sRGB...does Lightroom preview in AdobeRGB then?

Maybe I should just update and see if anything changes.
