Doesn't mean they didn't do it, just SM has exclusivity on publishing rights, or they didn't want it in portfolio, whatever. Like Alastair says, email Stella McCartney website and ask.

There are other pics of a similar style if you Google.
Mert and Marcus were asked to do the pics for Stella's 2012 spring/summer collection. She has worked with them several times since, and a few before.
