All of us togs have had a few camera bags through our hands, mostly as our kit becomes ever larger.
I will start the ball rolling and admit to having had 3 through my hands and currently possessing 2.
I am sure that figure will be beaten by a much bigger margin:D

I have five currently, although I only use 2 and will be selling the rest sometime:shrug:

Lowepro Lens Trekker owned for 8 months and still in use
Lowepro Pro Trekker owned for 4.5 years and still in use
Lowepro Magnum owned for 3 years used occasionally
Lowepro Nova owned for 2 years redundant
Tamrac expedition 5 owned for 18 months redundant

I currently use 4:

ThinkTank Glass Taxi
ThinkTank Airport Acceleration
ThinkTank Airport Ultralite and Peli 1510
Kinesis Long Lens Case

I've also had and got rid of another 6!

I'm onto my 3rd now (though one was never used - Crumpler). All Lowepro

Tamrac 8, Lowepro diddy thing and a Viper vest that gets used nearly all the time.

6 assorted, but really should be 5 as I can't find number 6. Put it somewhere safe but can't find it. Problem is I use them all. depending on what kit I need ( not all at the same time )

At the mo I have an old Lowepro Orion Trekker, Mini Trekker AW, Slingshot 100AW and a old tamrac Expedition 3.

I have 3. Tamrac adventure 9, Lowepro Slingshot 200AW and a Lowepro Vertex 200.
Also have a small canon one but i wont count that as it came free in a package with the camera and just gathers dust

It's alright having them BUT who fills them? I fill my Pro Trekkerand Lens Trekker

Ive had 4

Lowepro Rezo, (still used occasionally)

Lowepro Mini Trekker, (keep everything in it)

A netto's own brand ... moved swiftly on to my bro!

Lowepro Flipside 200, this is my latest & I love it ... loads roomier than the Rezo, loads more slimline than the Trekker!

It's alright having them BUT who fills them? I fill my Pro Trekkerand Lens Trekker

I'm not sure that's the right question. I don't fill them all as they all have different uses, but I do use them all.

The Kinesis is used for 500 f/4, with teleconverters and a body for a day where I need to carry the long lens some distance
The Glass Taxi is used for the 300 f/2.8, a body and teleconverters as a lightweight long lens kit
The Airport Acceleration carries all my kit except the 300 f/2.8 and is used as large handluggage for long trips. I try to avoid long walks with it as it is between 17 and 18 kg when full
The Airport Ultralite lives in my car in one of two configurations - 1. 500 f/4, single body, teleconverters, flash and 70-200 or 2. 24-105, 70-200, 300, flash, filters, single body depending on whether it is more of a "landscape" or "nature" trip out.

I do spend an awful lot of time moving kit between bags!

I got one, lowepro altus 160, but need a bigger one soon:eek:

I reckon about 14 in total - 3 I still have, most used is the Lowepro rucksack, a revelation in spreading weight

(I've been around quite a while!)

DD

And in the top spot at 14

On my 2nd, a Tamrac Expedition 5 - just about big enough for my kit at the moment!

iv,e 3 and still use two a lowepro naturetrekker and a lowepro compudaypac the other is a tamrac 6..and i can fill the naturetrekker with ease...

And in the top spot at 14

It's only as I've been at it so long - about 30 years now, I'm not a bag-junkie !!!

I have just about had the full range though... plastic ER ones to start with; aluminium cases (3 of); and over-the-shoulder types from cheapie Jessops ones to a Billingham. Never been truly happy with any of them as I can't carry much weight for long on one side (it's a back-ache thing), but the rucksack is easily the best thing since sliced you-know-what

Anyway, my wife must have had 100+ handbags in the same time

:lol::lol::lol:

I couldn't begin to count how many I've had over the past 35 years but I'm down to about six at the moment;
Lowepro Commercial AW...general lugging
Lowerpro Stealth Reporter 550Aw...lugging a little less
A"God knows who made it" leather hardshell...takes a body, MP-E and Twinlight ready to go.
Top loading aluminium job...makes a good seat for days requiring patience.
A couple of smaller leather Canon ones...body and lens for speculative walkies.

My main bag is Lowepro Commercial AW. When it's fully loaded I get the distinct feeling I need to go on a bodybuilding course! I can't get on with rucksacks ever since I got knocked down by a car.

I also have a Lowepro Nova 5AW for smaller jobs if I ever get in to the habit of moving camera stuff between bags!

A couple of old camera bags which can just about fit a camcorder still hanging on!

only 5 for me,

Lowepro mini treker AW
Tamrac cyberpro express
Lowepro nova 3
Lowepro nova 5
Unbranded large backpack

These all get used depending on where I am going and what I wish to take.

And yes I do spend so much time moving kit from one bag to another.

plus 1 ali case
and 1 small peli case

Had an old LowePro for a while and now have three Crumplers, a GeekStar, a Stamp Claimer for the camcorder and a teeny one for the Ixus. Have also had a couple of hard cases in the olden days.

I've had three since getting my first DSLR last June:eek:

Lowepro Slingshot 100AW.......that I managed to out grow within 6 weeks:lol:

Crumpler Bens Pizza XXL as a general walkabout bag.

Tamrac Cyberpack 9....a "tardis" like thing that only has one drawback, with all my gear in it when I get where I'm going I'm too knackered to take any bloody photos :bang::lol:

Orinon trekker and mini treker AW, thats it

Two at the moment, Tamrac Cyberpac8 and Lowepro Nova 5AW. Having said that neither are just right so I've just ordered a slingshot 300AW to try it.

I have 3 currently: Crumpler Long Schlong as my walkabout everyday bag; Lowepro Slingshot 200 which I'll keep as its a good medium sized bag and a Naneu Pro backpack thing which takes loads inc my laptop.

I've also had a 4th little backpack thing, but didnt do what I wanted so ebayed it quite quickly after getting it.

My Panasonic FZ5 resides in a basic canvas bag with a load of other junk (not a specific camera bag)

I had three at one time, but sold the lowepro computrekker to tel48 last year as carrying the 17" laptop along with all of the other camera gear was just a step too far for me, bit too heavy!

So, a lowepro slingshot 200 and a Lowepro Rover AW still remain. The slingshot is really only used to store some camera gear and an occasional venture out, the Rover is just so much more comfortable especially when I tend to carry two bodies, three lenses and a tripod on a walk.

Just 2 for me... a Lowepro minitrekker and a Lowepro Phototrekker.
Still use both depending on how much gear i need to take out.

4 that i actually use. And another 6 I should get rid of some time. then there is the other bags that get used to put cameras and kit in that aren't made as camera bags. Probably another 3 in that category. Fair to say i have too many bags :)

I have just upgraded my Lowepro Mini Trekker to a Dryzone 200 and after seeing how big it is it will not ever get used and when I get my 100 posts it will be for sale on here watch this space! Wish I had seen one in the flesh so to speak before buying over the net.:bonk:

My first bag was a little unbranded one when I first got my EOS 500N, once I went Digital that begans to be a little too small so I splashed out on a mini-trekker Aw which I use most of the time. Until I got the 300 f4 I also regularly used my Lowepro Orion trekker as that would JUST fit the 30D & grip with the 70-200 on board, but I can see that living at home most of the time now TBH as it's not big enough for the new lens. I've also got a little dinky Lowepro Nova 1 which just fits the 30D without grip, my 24-70mm lens, and a flashgun. Only time it gets used is for the speedway Dinner & dance each year!!
