Not sure the best section to post this. Ive put together a simple infinity cove in my small studio space. I tried some of the endurance matt paint but as I expected it marked easily and the marks didnt come off quite as easily as I would have liked.

So what paint should I use, I dont want a glossy finish.

Thanks
Carl

Thanks guys, I dont really want to go the vinyl route, I would have to fix it at the top and that could get in the way of the hangers for other rolls. As I said I dont have much space.

Ive used endurance matt which is supposed to be better than the other matt paints for white clean, but shoe marks dont come off that easy.
Ronseal do a diamond finish white floor paint that I think I will try.

Thanks
Carl

UK company called Watco.

They do high quality floor paints for warehouses and tings. I've used Laminated hardboardboard which seens pretty robust...

I did the same as you and built my own infinity cove. I have always found it easier to just wipe off the marks best I can and then touch up or recoat with matt emulsion.

Thanks everyone, the matt paint just marked to easy, after 15mins with an 18month lad in there the floor had a lot of marks, to much effort to clean or repaint that often.
Ive just bought the diamond finish ronseal paint, I will report back on finish and durability in the next few days.

Thanks again

Silk emulsion is easy to wipe clean with baby wipes & gives a bit of reflection but can be slippery if the subjects are wearing socks. It saves me alot of painting.

P.S I only paint the floor part with silk incase i want to use the curve without over exposing the background.

Thats exactly what I did. I just use a big roll of cloth these days. Cost me less than £10 for 8ft wide about about 20ft long. Goes straight into the wash when dirty but I hate ironing lol.

for anyone interested I painted the floor with ronseal diamond paint and it works a treat, its got a little bit of a sheen to it but so easy to clean , very hard wearing.
