Which telephoto

Which micro 4/3 telephoto would you recommend for wildlife photography.

Bit of a hard one that, Oly make excellent lenses but Panasonic make good ones too, the Pany is a bit faster fstop wise but not enough to be a big deal, the Sigma has the extra reach but may be a bit unwieldy especially with the adapter.
