which scanner to buy?

My current scanner s an epson perfection 2580, which is great for copying strips of 35mm film....but i cannot use it to copy 35mm negatives cut into indvidual frames...or use for 120 film or 127 film, so any suggestions?
I've just been looking on the web at the Epson Perfection V500....any one used that model?
 
Yep Epson V500 has a good reputation do a search in Film and Conventional forum and you should find a few scanner threads
