Which Photoshop CMYK profile for flyers

I've just created an A5 flyer I want printing and looking around online suppliers they all state CMYK, the problem is that none seem to give a specific profile - is there an "industry standard" profile that I can use and does it happen to be listed in Photoshop?

Save the image as a High Quality pdf, that will be ok for 99% of printers!
