Which Photo Montage Software?

Need some advice. I'm looking for photo-montage software..(not photo collage), but it's proving frustrating. When I search, all I find is photo collage software and free montage software, neither of which I want. I don't want free downloaded software as that usually means I will be pestered with advertising emails thereafter!

Anyone know of any montage software available to buy?

PS Forgot to say, I don't mean Photoshop. I want something simpler to use.
