Which low light prime - 30mm/35/50mm

Hi, looking at what you already have I would say the 35mm f1.8 makes the most sense, unless you want to be able to use it on full frame in which case the 35 f2 would be the choice. 35mm on a d7000 is effectively 50mm so is a very useful and easy to use focal length, 50 however becomes 75mm and can be a little tight!

The 35mm f1.8 is also great value and Sharp wide open!!

I would suggest that in this case short is best as getting close to your subject will b e easy whereas trying to zoom out with your feet may prove more difficult.

I would recommend the 35mm f/1.8, a cracking value for money lens that is very sharp almost throughout the range. I've not read many reviews regarding the new 50mm f/1.8 yet, but it would be interesting to compare the two as they are fairly similar in price iirc.
