well the 45-200mm goes well with you 14-45mm kit lens giving you a longer focal length and the 20mm f1.7 pancake is a small lens for convenience and also it has a wide aperture for low light photography and shallow depth of field for creative photography.
yeah I think it would be a better addition especially if your just starting out because really the only gain with the 20mm is the wide aperture so if I was you I'd buy the 45-200mm and then save up and purchase the 20mm in the future.
