Which L-Bracket for my R7?

I've finally got round to converting my tripods and monopods from Manfrotto to to Arca Swiss.

I'm now looking at getting an L-Bracket.

As I don't know how much I will use it I don't want to spend a lot of money.

I've seen reasonable reports on
a) Haoge HG-R7 (on Amazon)
b) Sunwayfoto PCL-R7 (Was Amazon, now eBay)

Anybody used either? Any comments?

They are all pretty much the same thing and wouldn't be surprised of they all come out of the same factory.

As I don't know how much I will use it I don't want to spend a lot of money.

Generally you would attach it to your camera and that's where it lives forever
