which head for red snapper

hello all a while ago i asked about tripods and was pointed in the way of the red snapper ones i didnt get around to getting one anyways... im ready to buy one now but not sure which will be best for me ive been looking at Tripod RS-283 and PG-01 Pistol Grip Head or RS-284 and RSH-528 3 Way Panning Head.

im really new to this and not sure of any pros or cons
ive seen a few things about tripod heads and creep using ball heads is this know with the red snapper tripods. Some people say the pistol grip style gets in the way and never get the position they want.

any help or advice would be great thanks jay

I've got the Redsnapper ballhead and I can guarantee no creep, it locks down tighter than a ducks arse and you can adjust the amount of friction when the ball is "loose". Depends what you'll be shooting really as the different types of head lend themselves to different disciplines?
