Which gloves?

As winter is just around the corner, can anyone recommend good fingerless gloves suitable for handling the camera and lenses, whilst keeping the hands nice and warm.

Depending on how cold it is I usually us a pair of "cold weather" golf gloves.

Does not feel like summer has even started yet, although it has been a pleasant weekend.

Don't wear gloves, I use my pockets ;-)

There's loads of 'sticky' gloves on the market - rubberised tips to the fingers so your whole hand is gloved, with the rubberised ends to improve your grip. Been using a North Face pair I bought out in America for years now (the rubber does gradually wear off), otherwise I wear leather gloves which provide plenty of grip, but aren't quite as 'fitted'.

Not bad but tend to prefer just simple fingerless gloves which are fine unless you are talking seriously cold.

I've got some Burton Snowboard pipe gloves, not fingerless and not massivly warm either, but I hardly lose any dexterity using them.

I use Sealskinz, very grippy even in grim conditions and thin enough to use camera controls.
