Which free software

[D90-Sniper]

Im looking for a software that will allow me to see and print a page to from its actual size.
Im trying to print out some stencils onto card so i can cut them out but every time I print it either comes out way too big or way too small, Im only using Paint but I just cant work out how to print the screen size.

I have CS4 too if theres a way to do it on that, I did try but it printed huge over 2 pages!!!

Set you image size to the page size you want to print to, the size you see on the screen will vary depending on what size monitor you view the file on.
