OK, I recently had to sell my camera kit but I'm now in a stronger position and thankfully can now buy a new camera and lens. I have two options and would like peoples feedback/opinions on the best option - Canon 60d and Sigma 10-20 or a Canon 550d and Canon 10-22. I'll be using Lee filters.
I'll also be getting a Tamron 90 f2.8 macro.

The kit will be used mostly for landscapes with some macro work.

I've not had any experience with either of the lenses but I've had a 550D and I've got a 60D now. Out of the 2 bodies the 60D would be the one every time. The build and ergonomics of the 60D are better, it has a higher fps and better ISO performance. Couple that with the swivel screen for macro and video work and the option of wireless flash you get a much better package overall.

The 550D is a great camera though, I've only recently sold mine and TBH when I had a 5D2 and 7D combo it probably got more use than the 7D did as the 7D had some focus and exposure issues that the 550D didn't.
