I know this is asked a lot and there our countless threads but I want something specific to me and my setup (and was hoping someone here would have personal experience to make a recommendation).

I will soon have:

5D MKII Body
24-105L
17-24L
50 f1.4
100-400L

Key features:

must hold all the above mentioned kit + strap a tripod to it
must be hard wearing and waterproof
must have plenty of pockets for memory cards, lens wipes, pen, paper
preferably not too obvious as a camera bag

LowePro MiniTrekker AW?
Jessops BP500 (No Tripod holder thoug)
LowePro Pro Runner 300

Kata 3N1-30

The Lowepro Flipside 400 AW will hold all of the kit on your list, plus a flash as well, with room for plenty of accessories in the front pocket.

It is waterproof when the cover is deployed. The upside, or downside, depending on your personal preferences is the gear is accessed from the rear ie the side that is against your back. This can actually be done by slipping off the shoulder straps and swing the bag in front of you to open the back.

I have many bags and this is the one that I grab most often. A tripod or mono can be attached at the rear with the legs in a pull down pouch.

This is what my kit will be packed in when I go to Greece later in the year. It fits the dimensions of what Easyjet class as hand luggage too

I've got a simular set up to you...

5D MKII
24-105L
Sigma 12-24
50mm F1.8
100-400L

plus filters, spare memory cards, batteries etc., and it all fit's comfortably in my Lowepro Vertex 100 AW. Good tripod holder as well. Very good quality bag, but it obviously is a camera backpack.

Simon.
