Where to send 35mm cassette for dev and scan

Hi,

I am moving towards greater use of film and I sent my first two rolls to the local photography shop for developing and scan. Quality not good.
Can anyone recommend a reliable, professional company that I could send my future 35mm rolls to for developing and scanning.
