Where to get speedlite fixed? (430EXII)

I just picked up my speedlite and noticed a rattling when it moves, upon closer inspection it seems like a piece of glass has come loose (I can see it moving around). It will now no longer zoom at all and make some quite horrifying sounds why I try to.

I'm quite annoyed by this as I have no idea how it happened! I keep it inside my crumpler bag at all times . Does anyone know where I could take this to get it fixed in Dorset? Or maybe there's a place I could send it off to.

I also have no warranty left on it either.

considering it's out of warranty how confident are you with a screwdriver ?

my 550ex had a similar problem what had happened was the flash housing within the head had jumped off one of it's guides when it tried to zoom in or out it made an awful racket
the fix was a simple case of pulling the head apart and putting the housing back on to it's guide rails
it's been fine ever since
if you do decide to go this route i'm pretty sure you will find a how to on google but be cautious about the mechanism that locks the head tilt it's basically a tiny spring and a piece of plastic and they have a tendency to spring off sending the piece of plastic and spring god knows where
the rest is straight forward
