Alas I fear that's a little small. The one I use indoors is a beast - hoping to find something sensible but powerful for outdoors. I've seen snippets of things in US videos but not enough to identify.

I suspect in order to get something powerful enough to move hair outdoors, I'd have thought you'd be better off with a studio fan and a genny.

otherwise look at caravan/Motorhome dealers, they may well sell a 12volt fan.

If you can find an inverter of sufficient capacity, running it off the car battery to power your existing fan might be an option
