Where is it?? (mark on sensor)

I have mark on my sensor, if the mark appears on the right upper side of my image is that where the object is on the sensor or would it be reversed, on the lower left or on the upper left?

I have tried cleaning the sensor, rocket air blower and an Arctic Butterfly but both to no avail so I have ordered a Visible dust wet cleaning kit which I hope will prevail.

AFAIK it should be lower left
