Hello F&C, after a time away from shooting film I feel I need to get back into it! Having had a foray into the world of medium format with a TLR, I would like to get an SLR.

So, where is good? eBay isn't showing a great deal at the moment. Any shops you can recommend?

There is a thread somewhere that has a list of places, but I'm not sure how up to date it is really.

I have a list of favourites in Chrome that I usually go down through when I'm after something. Here's my list

Aperture UK
Carmarthen Cameras
Camera Museum (they are the hasselblad specialist side of Aperture UK)
Cameratiks
Camera World
Cam Tech
Canterbury Cameras
Classic Camera
Clocktower Cameras
Collectable Cameras
Commercial Cameras
Dale Photographic
Daves Classic Cameras
Ffordes Photographic
London Camera Exchange
Mifsuds
MrCad
MW Classic Cameras
Peter Walnes
Robert White
Skears Photographic
Teamwork Photo & Digital
The Real Camera Company
The Vintage and Classic Camera Company
West End Cameras
West Yorkshire Cameras
Worldwide Camera Exchange

The ones that I tend to visit first of all are Ffords, Mifsuds, London Camera Exchange and Camera World as that's where I seem to have most luck.

Hope that helps :)

If I were you and looking for a medium format SLR, I would seriously consider this:
If I had any spare cash, I'd already have bought it myself.

As for shops, @Carl Hall has provided quite an exhaustive list for UK-based sellers. For medium format gear, especially Hasselblad or Rollei, there are some continental European sellers worth considering too, such as:
