Where has this come from?

This appeared at the top r/hand of my screen a couple of weeks ago all by itself.

I can see that it's a CPU etc readout but what has put it there? It's not clickable and a right click sends me to desktop personalisation etc.

It stays on top all the time too and hides close/minimise buttons etc but I can still click through onto them with a bit of guesswork

Since it seems to refer to Frames per second, GPU usage and latency, I suspect it is linked with your graphicsa card, or have you perhaps installed some sort of game recently where these matters might be of interest to the gamer?

Thanks. Got it straight away from the video on there. I must have pressed ALT+R at some point/reason and didn't realise. Just re-press the same combo and it goes.
