Someone i know has asked me to do an "animalistic" type photoshoot for them. This would mean they would be semi naked or possibly naked in woodland?

Im sure the fully naked thing isnt going to be legal even if it is for art reasons - but semi???? IE :eek: covered up???
 
There's nothing illegal about being naked in the woods as long as you're not doing lude or suggestive shots on or near a public right of way. Public indecency only extends to acts of a sexual or violent nature when nude.

Even if the police are called i reckon you'd only get a slap on the tits, I mean wrist.

im just slightly worried that id be arrested photographin a nudy bloke ion the woods!! LOL Dont want that kinda rep when im starting out! LOL
 
You'll be fine.

Just make sure the area you use is VERY secluded. As long as no-one sees, no-one can complain.

My husband shoots nudes and I've modeled for him in the woods several times. Just be sure you're in an out-of-the-way place, and you should be fine. It can actually be a very zen-like experience, quite liberating. Have a glass of wine or two first, both you and the model. ;)

And why do you think it was chosen Kerioak.....?? - I had been keeping quiet the fact that Puerto Rey is, or used to be the largest nudist area in Europe...
At the last workshop CJ bought her whip along, this time, she is threatening to bring her husband...
 
Well, all you Spain goers, are you so sure you won't be photographing EACH OTHER again, in the nudist colony? ;)

You don't want to overexpose too much in a nudist colony, I always find, don't you..?
 
The offence you're thinking of is, I think, "Outraging public decency" - so in other words, so long as you don't, you should be fine. As others have said though be cautious - check and double check the area you;re planning on using at the same time of day you'll be there beforehanbd to make sure that schools don't use it for nature walks, riding schools for kids hacks etc. Mind you, I still remember taking a ride of 10 kids all of teenage years out through the woods when I worked at the riding school. There was a rustling noise to the left - and out jumped a flasher, starkers except for a mac (Yes, bit of a cliche that!). So quick as a ...errr...flash....I shouted "after him"! and before he knew it he had 11 people on ponies chasing after him! great fun and I'd put money on him NEVER doing it again too 'cos the last we saw of him he looked absolutely terrified!! :D
 
Hmm. I find the fun comes from looking to see who you can find...

Must get out to Colorado sometime.
