Hi there,

Yesterday, I was in a cow pat ridden field photographing an endurance rally. At the end of the day, I went into my pocket to find my lens cap for my Canon 70-200mm f/4 USM lens had escaped!!! :bang::bang:

Does anyone know where I can get a genuine replacement lens cap from? 67mm with Ultrasonic on it ideally. I have looked around a few websites but I am skeptical on purchasing from new websites for the first time. :thinking::thinking:

Cheers:thumbs::thumbs:

Here you go Claire LINK Camera King, they also sell through Amazon (sometimes cheaper on there) they have the very one that you are after.

Amazon are usually pretty reasonable. be careful with ebay that you do actually get a genuine one though.

Have looked at one like this, but I want to replace it with a genuine straight replacement...like the one I lost in the first place! :bonk:

Just out of interest did you follow the link in my post to a genuine straight replacement ?

pinch caps are soo much better. Canon OE caps suck ass big time

I agree. Plus they usally come with a cord you can attach to your neck / arm strap so you never lose the cap again! :thumbs:

Am I the only one who hates pinch caps? I find they come off the lenses by mistake far easier and are a pain to put on sometimes!

LCE sell 2'nd hand ones if you want to try the High Street but as others have said, Amazon are the best bet.
