I'm looking to buy the Benro Mach3 TMA38CL Carbon Fibre tripod. I was going to go with Wex, but it's out of stock, and they don't know when they'll have them again

Also want to buy the Benro GD3WH Precision Geared Head.

Is there anywhere else can I buy them at around the same price as below, (even cheaper)?

Needing them both before end of May.

Wex prices:
Tripod - £299
Head - £156

I ordered my tripod direct from Benro uk, signed up for their news letter and they emailed a discount code, free delivery and extended warrenty, it worked out a little cheaper than a retailer.

Try Cambrian Photography - on their site it doesn't show as out of stock
tripod head and tripod comes up under tripods.

I am a regular customer and recommend them - I have the Mach 3 and it is very good (but big!)

Do you mean big in height?

This is my current one - Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod + 804RC2 head. Not a brilliant photo as the head comes a touch off my shoulder. I'm 6'3".

If the Benro is lighter than my current tripod then I'll place an order. I hate the weight of it and I wish I bought a carbon.

It does come up quite high, and packed it is still quite long. It is light I should add, but I also have a 055 although it is prehistoric so no comparison.

I signed up for the newsletter, but I didn't receive a code, so unsubscribed.

I went for the larger TMA48CXL, its huge! but extremely stable. I also tried the head your looking at but found it didn't suit me so picked up a massive Benro ballhead in a sale, its about 70-75mm in diameter. The pair combined are rock solid even when used with an astrophotography mount.
I think if I remember rightly my tripod had to be ordered in, but it only took a few days.
