John Terry found guilty by FA of using racist language after denying it. Banned and fined and then continues on with his career. Malky Mackay hasnt been found guilty of anything but has admitted making inapropriate comments and is being vilified for trying to continue his career in football.

How can that be fair??
 
No. Its just a case of double standards.
 
That's just football for you; lack of consistency in following guidelines and enforcing rules.
