Do we have a what's on telly guide? I did a search but I can't find one, well nothing came up in the forum search.

Nah, channel4 right now. Disabled bloke flies around remote places, travel guide with a positive message.

I buy the Saturday paper the weeks TV guide in it, but once the missus gets her hands on it :(

Sounds interesting, being tortured by Corrie at the moment, the missus never misses it :(

Actually he was being interviewed by Steve Wright the other day, it sounded quite good, he also had a sense of humour in the interview also
 
Agree with the f-all comment. I live out of aerial reception and never got round to buying a satellite dish - don't miss it at all - it's yesterday's thing and grows increasingly puerile from what I see and hear. iPlayer combined with a nifty get_iplayer program which records any show you choose (permanently) is my choice. Otherwise youtube, vimeo etc or R4 LW.
 
I can't be bothered to watch any of that stuff since they did away with the real Top Gear. There is very little educational content and I find even youtube car crash videos more entertaining than most TV shows

They are almost as good as Hollywood ones, but could do with some photography improvement though :p £100k crash deserves better quality footage

Tv is appalling for adults. I probably watch less than 2 hours of live tv a week. There are a handful of shows i catch up on or record. However cbeebies and cbbc are a god send! :)

Agree too that there's b****r all worth watching on telly, the xbox has saved my sanity a few times when the missus puts pointless or something else that's s***e on again ! :D

There's nothing on TV anymore because we've all got flatscreens. No room for a clock, vase, cat, whatever.

Bring back CRTs!

What I want to know, why did they take off the Chase? I mean they brought a new chase person on, and then they take it off ! I was looking forward to seeing her, she looked OK :rolleyes:

I have to be honest, I've never heard of The Chase.
 
Is there anything on Telly Tonight Thursday 13 Aug , or should I go out the pub? The missus and a few friends want to go out tonight, I am not really that bothered. To be honest I would rather stay in, now if there is something really good on :rolleyes: . Plus I am trying to save the pennies, there is something I want to buy.
 
I recorded that new Aquarius thing with David Duchovny , struggled through the 2 episodes, won;t be recording any more o_O
But I am looking forward to the new one on Sunday called Zoo, now that does sound interesting if a tad scary :eek:

Nothing on telly that tickles my fancy. So ended up going to bed. Going to do a bit of reading, then a little music [emoji4]

If there is something really good on telly, I will definitely make time to watch it. As soon as a good series comes on, it ends. If they do make a follow on, it's never as good as the first series !

Nor do I watch any reality, talent, dancing, diving, goggling, baking blah blah shows either :-)
