What UDMA card for Canon eos 5d markiii

Just waiting on my new 5d mark iii to be delivered and need to get a UDMA card for it so was wondering if anyone has any advice as to which type would best for this camera?
 
There have been several threads on this topic but to save you trawling through them. If you want to maximise the number of shots in continuous high speed before the FPS slows then I can recommend the Sandisk 160 MB/S CF cards. UDMA 7

I get mine from 7dayshop. £59 for a 16GB.

The SD slot is a slow slot. Approx 177x or 20MB/S so if you are saving files to both at the same time the camera will default to the slowest slot. ie. the SD one.

If write speed isn't important then any card by a reputable manufacturer should be fine.
