I know it's a month later than your original post but only just seen it!
The best software for the actual stitching of the photos (in my opinion - there are others) is PTGUI...then it's really down to you on which software for producing the actual tours...personally I use Panotour Pro. Nice and easy to use...has an iphone/ipad licence embedded in it (so tours can be displayed on idevices)...you can also export the licence from Panotour Pro for use with KrPano plug-ins.
