What price to quote?

Not posted much recently as it's been very busy. However, I've recieved an email today from someone who has taken a liking to one of my pictures on flickr. Here's the email:

I am working in an education institution in Singapore, and we're trying to promote further study in Liverpool to our students. I was wondering if I could use the photo (Liverpool Canning Dock 1) in one of our promotional brochures.

Thought I'd ask for your approval first, and if there's
royalty fee involve, feel free to let me know yeah?

So now I have no idea what to reply. I've never been asked for an image in this way before, never mind asked for a price! Are there any questions I should ask? Any ideas on prices? anything else I should know at all?

Cover GBP 550
Double-page spread GBP 500
Full page GBP 350
3/4 page GBP 300
1/2 page GBP 260
1/4 page GBP 220
1/8 page GBP 200

These rates are for a single immediate use in, for example, a press release, leaflet, newsletter or in-house magazine

Cheers! Useful website. Do I need to go as far as drawing up a contract and things? Or just agree a deal and "virtually" shake on it :shrug:
