What presets values do you have in LR

Anyone got a values to share that they use?

Just interested on what you seasoned pros use.

Does you vary it from depending on the body and the lens?

e.g.

1D4 and 300/2.8
1D4 and 300/2.8 & 1.4x

etc etc

different one for different cameras, and different situations, indoor/outdoor

3ds clarity, vibrancy 20, black a wee bit, sharpening 30

Bit of clarity, bit of sharpening, bit of shadow lightening. Note that using a preset on import seems to slow down cropping quite a lot when you come to tweak your pics. I think thats because LR has to process the whole image with the preset functions before it lets you crop it.
