What pp was used on this photo?

I think a lot of the silvery-ness of that pic comes from the quite aggressive skin smoothing thats been done. I'd guess dodging and burning was the tool. Apart from that any B&W setting the gets the most contrast whilst keeping the correct skin tone will do it. Some contrast applied too. If using photoshop, try the 'green filter' preset as a starting point and see how you go. Also the way the photo was shot with flash has had a huge affect on the look of the image.
