What Nikon speedlights work TTL Remotely

I have a Nikon D50 at the moment with an SB-800 Flashgun so obviously taking the flash off puts it into manual only mode to work it remotely.

I would like to get another flashgun but one thats not as pricey at the SB-800 but would like it to be compatible with a D300 remotely (as I want a D300 in the future).

I know the SB-800 and SB-600 will work remotely with a D300 but what other nikon speedlights will work remotely and still have TTL mode?

The little SB-400 won't work wireless. You can use the little Speedlights from the Nikon R1 macro kit, they are cheap and tiny.

Other than that, not a lot..

Just the SB600, SB800 and SB900 if you want to retain iTTL.

Where could I get the flash's on their own as I found the kit and its not what I would call cheap.
