Was tidying up and came across this lead - any idea what it is for?

Hmm, I've never bought or had a microphone (despite being welsh my voice is awful!), but if it is for a mic not sure how or where i acquired it...

Its for rf602's / 603's. I think its so you can use them as a camera trigger or with studio lights .
