Hi everyone

I have set up a small studio and at the moment I am using my canon speedlite to triger my flash heads. I did by the Interfit INT411 IR Flash Transmitter, which I found completely useless it only triggered my flash heads and when it felt like it really.

I have anything from 2 - 4 flash heads set up at a time so I need something that will trigger them all the same time. I don't really want to spend too much money but on the other hand I want something that works consistently all the time.

Any ideas what I should get?

Flash In the Pan sells some, if you check out the advertisers section, or go for the trusty pocket wizards, they cost a little, but from my understanding are relaible.

I bought the seculine Twinlink T2D kit at focus, a quick test when I got in put a rather large smile across my tired fizzog.

It will fire studio heads by infra red and radio and also fire a speedlight via it's built in hotshoe.

I've not had it long enough to do a real test, but the reviews online suggest it's better value for money than the pocket wizards and almost as good for range.

Firing one studio head by radio and setting the others to optical slave should solve all your problems.

Yongnuo RF-602 radio triggers. They work fine for me with both studio flash and Speedlites. £27 a set from FITP I think, plus £20 for extra receivers. I've got five and now sold my Pocket Wizards.

I use Pocket Wizards - never fail.
