What everyone needs.......

Fill a kettle with water and stick it on to boil

While waiting for kettle to boil, get 4 heaped teaspoons of Aero Hot Chocolate and put into big mug

Also get a vessel that measures 50 ml (this is important)

Once kettle is boiled, pour into big mug with hot chocolate in, stirring constantly while pouring.

Once done, get the 50 ml measuring thingamy and pour some Baileys into it (more than 50ml will make it too sickly - 50 ml is just perfect).

Then drizzle the Baileys into the Hot Chocolate.

Stir gently

Sit back and relax and drink

Forget about all the crap and enjoy

It's lovely and the ultimate chill pill

If you're fed up with people bitching left right and centre, take a sip

It's only a bloody forum

I like how Marcel just pours the Baileys straight from the bottle into the mug stuff the "50ml" measurement!

I'm not a fan of Baileys myself but this sounds actually very nice.

Tonight on Kelly's cocktail hour, we are having Aero's Hot Chocolate with Amaretto. Just follow the recipe as above and replace the Bailey's with Amaretto
