What does this strange Spider like Web belong to ?

Brown tail tussock moth by the look of it. Bad news for that hedge

I take it it will wipe it out ? There is quite a lot of it this year in South Shropshire !

We get a lot of that around Oxfordshire, but the hedges and shrubs usually survive.

It's Small Ermine moth, Yponomeuta sp.
