what does "ppg" mean?as thread title ask/s any ideas?

yip if its about a sale thread odds on its pay pal gift when i buy of here i always ask if they would take ppg (pay pal gift)

First thing that would have popped to mind was parts per gallon.

Context is probably *quite* important here.
