I go through phases...I adore tescos Finest normandy butter with salt crystals in it..mmmm....oh and Barry's delicious plum jam! I also go through my peanut butter phase from time to time and now you mention it......
 
beans then a fried egg 2 slices of bacon and a sausage...
 
Marmalade, no butter or marg, on brown multigrain bread...mmmmmmmmmmmmm
 
got to be strawberry jam for me, or beans on toast if i feel like splashing out :D

Totally agree Ewan, I hate cold toast with non melted butter :gag:
 
I used to only ever eat butter on toast but Paul has finally managed to convert me and I am now a marmite lover :love: and now the only way I can have toast is with Marmite and Philedelphia Cheese :love:
 
They made a spetial edition tub a few years ago with cheese spread and marmite mixed. It was quite nice ... But obviously not a very good seller.

Nothing beats plum tomatos with melted cheese on top, add a little HP or Lea & Perins, beautiful.
 
I haven't eaten bread for about 4 or 5 months now so I can't remember.
 
Nilagin, poor you! My mum makes most of my bread, and jam, my fave at the moment is strawberry and rose petal jam! It's gorgeous! had to pick 10oz of petals for the recipe! yum yum
 
i can't eat white bread...makes me feel ill (cant digest it very well), which really sucks when i dream of a bacon butty on super thick toastie loaf! :bang:

on toast anytime, you can throw some blueberry jam in there as well if you like, Id lick every crumb and bit of jam up. :love:

an egg poached in a frying pan so it looks like a fried egg or
heinz spaghetti hoops with grated cheese on top.


I can't abide baked beans unless I have a hangover so bad I can't be bothered to complain if someone gives them to me lol.

... never tried it myself of course as it sounds :gag: - Poached egg for me & if I'm really hungry melted cheese on toast with poached egg (buck rarebit I believe it's called)

I suffer from Psoriasis and bread makes it worse so I've given it up. Plus since I've restarted my weight training it means I'm leaner than I was before.
 
Lime marmalade yummy :) and liver pate for a savory snack :)
