What do you do with all your pics?

Yes
We all take hundreds and hundreds of photos but waht do you do with them all?

Do you print them for the album?

Do you hang them on your wall?

Do you have an annual exhibition?

Or do you just keep them on your PC?

I just thought it'd be interesting to find out what different people do.
 
I was bought a lcd digital photo frame this year, absolutley fantastic, sits on the table and scrolls through all my pics at a 30 second interval.

before that they sat on the pc never to be seen again

well worth investing in one
 
I buy them expensive homes and keep Lacie and WD in business. :(
 
I have them all on my PC and use them as a screensaver.

I have digital photo frames around the house so get to look at them there too.

My best ones are framed and on the wall at home.

I also post them on my website - I'm often told by friends and colleagues that they've been looking at them.

As well as all that I have them on 2 external hard drives, one at work and one at home, just in case.

Have been looking at these but no idea which one to get, have you any suggestions
 
Big collage on our bedroom wall with kid pics about 300 on there at the mo.. room for another 15ft x 8ft lol
 
All on my pc at the moment. Some on the website as well. I keep thinking about one of those digital frames though, hmmmmmmmm.
 
Mine go off to various speedway websites, my own site (which is woefully out of date - the winter project is to get it sorted out) and on webshots albums for speedway-people to look at. I also get prints to put in albums of my favourite stuff. Some of my speedway stuff also gets published in team match-day programmes and the weekly speedway paper "Speedway Star". Other than that it's photobooks and albums, and the balance gets left languishing on the hard driver. Ext HDD, etc.
 
I sell them from my website - usually only about 10 or so per month mostly A3 size unmounted prints and ship them world wide. I've had websites since 1999 so I have a loyal following and get around 4,000 visitors a day to my site (at least on the days that I put a new image up!!) Plus I occaisionally exhibit if I can find the time in my busy work schedule.

And framed prints are in every room of my house:

Like everyone else I have a lot of shots stored on hard-drives and backed up to DVD.
 
200 of the 2000 Canada pictures got printed 7 x 5 and are in an album where it is easy to bore friends and family with them. Same happens to previous holidays and outings. All pictures are on my main PC hard drives and backed up to a network drive. There is also a second backup made irregularly to an external 500G USB drive.

I'll sometimes look back through old pictures on the PC - usually provoked by the screensaver showing me something I'd forgotten.
And there are a growing number of large prints on various walls.
 
Mine sit in the computer and I wonder what to do with them, I would love my own website but I am no computer whizz kid or even half way to understanding how it all works. I love the idea of having them on show somewhere and maybe selling the odd one or two but ..... ah well I can dream
