what do ou get when you add water to 52 Canon 5Dmk2's

Skimmed through it and it seems that they all fire at once? Wouldn't the effect be far better if they fired in a domino effect so that when it's spinning the subject etc is still moving slightly? (or did I miss that part?)

Yeah i think you got a point there Graham, they could of if they wanted to i suppose.
That would give an effect similar to high-speed video though, so maybe not what they wanted. But i think it would of looked cool.

Yeah, you missed that part. They said they could rig them to all fire at once, which is what they were doing for the shots in that video, or they could be fired sequentially.

Think it was shown on here a couple of weeks ago.

It's how they do it in the Cube with Philip Schofield :D
I remember from him behind the scenes video last year

if they set them all to record video, then they can do both (fired at the same time or sequentially) after lots of editing :D

can't they?

Well yes there is that of course:D

Its like an inverted version of the 360 camera i saw in a video once. It was taken inside a velodrome , and you could pan around 360's whilst the video was playing, it was pretty cool, i'll have to go find it maybe.

Edit: Here it is;http://www.peterstephens.co.uk/interactive_360_video/manchester_velodrome/velodrome_virtual_360.php

Once loaded each number is a different camera postion, and you drag the screen to pan around :)
Check out the two togs on camera 1, i saw one of 'em chimping :D
