i will be having (in about an hour) jacket spud, beans and 2 linda macartney sausages (and maybe some cheese on the beans)

For lunch today we had game terrine, supplied by the local game keeper we were beating for. It was yummy and he even gave me a couple of spare slices to bring home for tomorrows lunch.

Hung for 7 weeks fore rib of beef, cooked rare, with homemade horseradish sauce and five vegs. YUM!!!
