Yes
Is there such a bag that will take the following

50D with lens and grip
400D
canon 50mm
sigma 17-70mm
Canon 70-300mm
Canon 300mm f/4 L
2xSpeedlites
Filters
Blower
wireless triggers
Spare batteries

Monopod on the side

and if a small/mid (12") laptop could fit in there too then all the better

I dont think im missing anything?

I have a huge bag, I dunno if it'll fit all that in, mine carries 2 cameras with lenses attatched, 2 tele lenses, or 4 smaller, with a space for 4 (or 2) more under where the cameras sit, It has 2 big side pockets and zip compartments

here's a linky

hope I've helped! x

Have a look at the Lowepro Vertex 200AW, I think that will work.

Currently we have in one,

40D
350D
EF100-400
EF-S 17-55
Epson P2000

there is still room for the EF 70-200 f4L which is coming this week, and all the cables and chargers required.

I'm just not sure about the 300 in terms of size relative to the others.

if you go to a Jessops they generally have the Vertek 200AW in stock so you can take a look.

Sorry but you have missed out,a very important bit of gear i.e FLASK.

Good idea.

I have been looking at the KATA bags,
Something like the HB-207 or R-103 but no clue what they are like and if they are as good as the website says.

Don't know if you've visited this site before, but it offers some examples of various bags in use: http://www.cambags.com/
Even then I've found it's often still better to try and get a look at a bag in a shop.
