What a Recipe Woopsie!

Now, spell check can be forgiven, but what happened to proof readers? Outsourced to oblivion?

Are there any other examples of such glaringly obviously bad mis-prints anyone wants to share?

In my expereince proof readers are paid out of the authors advance so many authors do their own proof reading....many who write read wht they expect to see...hence the above example.
