What a mess of a web design!!

I know nothing about web design but with what little I know I can confidently say this website is a mess!! some of the links do not even work, and yes they have the wrong year!!.

I have to agree that that home page is all a bit too much, very smack you in the face. Anyone not internet savvy would be totally turned off by trying to navigate just round that first page.
