As for the signature, in these COVID times 'they'(all couriers) "self sign"......but (not had PF for ages) it with ups is the driver that signs.

But all's well that ends well

All checked and all ok as well which is a relief just a stress induced headache for a few hours. My neighbour said he went to empty his bin and it was outside his back door in the garden he couldn't believe it either. I haven't had parcel force deliver for years now but I have found dpd to be the most reliable for me. At least I can enjoy the weekend a little more now. Thanks for your valued input.

Think all the delivery firms have good and bad drivers, trouble is most of them pay badly so lose the good ones, glad you got sorted in the end, waiting for a lens from another company hoping that goes smoothly
