What’s the best Macro flash for bugs?

With this lockdown we are in I thought I would do some, in the garden macro bug photography.
I’m looking at the twin macro flash options and was hoping for some recommendations, between the Meike MK-MT24, Canon MT24EX and Yongnuo YN24EX

I used to use the canon mt24ex many years ago but found I never really had enough time so sadly sold.

Will be using on Canon R, I also have 7d mkii

I have both cameras mentioned I also recently purchased the Yongnuo, I had to buy an additional adapter ring to go on my Sigma 105 macro. I've only used it the once with the R and all was ok, it does add a bit of weight to the camera/lens though.
