WFT-E2 Transmitter - need help!

Struggling to get a WFT-E2 II A to work with my 1dmk4. I've tried to connect with both my mifi (original 4G EE huawei black one) and using wifi networks at home. I'm getting to the stage in set up where I enter the ftp details but once that's all done i'm getting:

WFT Error - Err 45. Cannot login to FTP server. Error code received from server.

I also tried a different FTP when in the office to see if that worked but I got the same message. It seems to fire the error message back very quick as well - almost too quick for it to have tried to login?

If anyone knows what's wrong then i'd love to know!? The device seems to work fine and connects to the camera properly - i'm not sure what the difference between the 'A' and 'B' versions of the unit are? Does that matter?

The A and B (and C and D) versions cater for the differing regulations concerning wireless data transfer in different countries/regions. The operation should essentially be the same.

Edit....the B version is for Europe and some of the channels will be different in the A version you have although there is some overlap with identical channels appearing on both versions.
