I'm surprised no-one else has mentioned Englands victory over Australia yesterday, the game was one of the best I have seen for a long time and the English forwards hammered their Oz counterparts. Considering that everybody expected them to be thrashed they put on a marvellous display of rugby and hopefully managed to silence their critics - for a few days at least.

The only problem now is France who are obviously playing on home soil, it should be an interesting match.

I only watched it as my box was playign up and I couldn't watch the proper game.
Almost paid it full attention though.
Even got slightly nervy towards the end.
They did us proud.

Or even a treble victory (Amir Khan retained his title).

I was gutted watching the f1 this morning, was so obviously going to end in tears - he was out way too long on those tyres IMO.

Lets hope he can hold it together in a fortnights time.

I'm chuffed about the Rugby result for England. I'm just a bit miffed the Kiwis didn't stuff the Frogs that would have made my weekend (not that I support New Zealand - I just hate the Frogs :razz

Personally, I'm in 2 minds about Mr Hamilton - part of me really wants him to win it but if he does I think the whole ferarri spygate thing will reignite to turn it a bit sour.

I also think if he doesn't succeed it will give him more fire in his belly for next season and that will be worth watching.
